What is the process?

• Application

  Enter all your detailed information, including your contact information, income information, bank account information and a reference and you're all set. All the information you enter is secure. Check our Security section for more information.

• Underwriting

  You will be notified within a few minutes (for most applications) if your application is accepted or denied. There are many factors that may lead to an acceptance or denial and these factors change all the time, so don't hesitate to come back in a few weeks if your application has been denied.

• Contract

  Once your application has been accepted, we create a customer account for you, with which you complete the process online by placing the order and signing electronically a contract with us. The contract engages you under your state law to repay the amount you're borrowing and the fees.

• Delivery

  We then perform a money transfer to your bank account using ACH (Automated Clearing House) the next business day following your order (for orders placed before the cutoff time).

• Payment

  On the agreed payment date, we withdraw the borrowed amount with the fees from your account. If the payment fails, we charge an additional fee and reschedule a new payment. Note that your bank may charge you a fee as well for a payment failure.
